Preconception Nutrition and Lifestyle Counseling - $250
  • Removing barriers that are preventing you from getting pregnant
  • Assisting you with the right kind of nutrition to both conceive and hold pregnancy
  • Helping you understand how the right kind of nutrition can prepare both your bodies to conceive well 
  • Lifestyle factors that help you achieve a great pregnancy
Childbirth Education Classes - $350
  • Classes by DVD in the comfort of your own home (follow a live series from start to finish)
  • Content: Nutrition in Pregnancy / Preparation to stay pain free and relaxed as long as possible / 1st, 2nd and 3rd stage laboring / Variations and Medications / Postpartum Care / Breastfeeding / Labor Rehearsals each week. Questions encouraged and lots of fun and laughter throughout the whole series.
  • Meet with Sarah Beth by Zoom after each class to discuss questions and content
Nutrition for Pregnancy Stand Alone Coaching Session - $250 
  • Trimester 1
    what to eat, when to eat and how to keep it all down and have good energy
  • Trimester 2
    feeling good, now how do I prepare for a healthy labor and a healthy baby after pregnancy
  • Trimester 3
    feeling full, feeling tired again and don't know how or what to eat but know I need good food for my baby still
Doula Birth Services - $1500

Have the birth you want and the support that you need and deserve to have for yourself, your partner and your baby!

Included in Doula care:

  • Full Labor & Delivery Support both at home and at your birth place of choice
  • Prepping your home for your return post birth

Postpartum Services

Postpartum Prep Session - $250 

  • We will help you answer: 
  • How do you I take care of myself? 
  • How do I best take care of my baby?
  • Who takes care of the rest? 

Postpartum Care In-Home Visits post birth
(outside of Doula Services) - $125 per visit

  • We will help you with:
  • Taking care of your bottom or your incision
  • Taking care of your baby
  • Assisting you with Breastfeeding
  • Helping you understand how much you can do and when you can do more
